Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Once your order has shipped I am not held liable for lost, stolen, damaged or delays due to shipment. Please check current turnaround time posted at the top of the Home Page before making a purchase. This will not include the shipping time. Please make sure your shipping address information is correct when placing your order. If you need a faster turnaround or shipping please email me at littlebugsmonograms@gmail.com or send a message through the Contact Me tab to see if this is something that can be done at that time.
What is your Turnaround Time?
The current turnaround time will always be listed at the top of my Home Page. Please note: this does not include shipping time. Contact Me if you have any questions!
Can you do a Rush Order?
Occasionally an order can be rushed. If you are needing your order before the stated turnaround time please email me at littlebugsmonograms@gmail.com or send me a message on here under Contact Me tab BEFORE placing your order. This will be determined on an individual basis but will do my best to accommodate your needs. Extra fees will be added for this service.
Do you offer Local Pick Up?
Yes! I offer local porch pick up. Please select the "Pick Up" option at check out under the delivery method. You will be notified via email with further instructions regarding pick up once your order is ready.
Do you accept Customer Provided Items?
Please Contact Me with your information and I will get back with you if this is something I can do at that time. I can not guarantee I will always be open for customer provided items.
